Shipping
Every item in our Webtoon merch store is made to order. Your order goes through two steps:
- Production: usually 2–5 business days. Apparel is printed in Germany by Textildruck Europa; posters are printed by Prodigi.
- Delivery: shipping options, costs and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before you pay.
As soon as your order ships you receive an email with a tracking link. Orders containing several items may arrive in separate parcels when they are produced by different print partners.
Returns & replacements
Damaged or misprinted item
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or is not the product you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a refund – you don't need to send the item back.
Wrong size or change of mind
Customers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day they receive their order. Contact us within that period, then return the unworn, unwashed item. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and we refund the item price within 14 days of receiving it back.
Please check our Size Guide before ordering – because each item is printed for you, choosing the right size first is the best way to avoid a return.
